The Patparganj Assembly constituency in NCT of Delhi is currently held by Manish Sisodia of the AAP. In the 2020 Assembly election held in Delhi Manish Sisodia defeated his nearest rival Ravinder Singh Negi of the BJP by 3207 votes, polling 49.33 of the votes cast in the constituency.
In the 2020 Delhi Assembly election, Patparganj saw a voter turnout of 61.28 per cent — that is, 142246 of the 232125 registered voters here exercised their right to franchise. Manish Sisodia received 70163 votes, compared with 66956 votes polled by Ravinder Singh Negi. On the third position was Laxman Rawat of the Congress, who secured only 2802 votes to have a vote share of just 1.97 per cent.
In the previous Delhi Assembly election, held in 2015, Manish Sisodia of the AAP had won the Patparganj seat by defeating Vinod Kumar Binny of the BJP by 28791 votes.
