This is to inform that the trading window for all the designated persons of the company will remain closed from 01 July 2025 till 48 (Forty eight) hours after the announcement of audited financial results for the quarter June 30 2025. The date of the Board meeting for declaration of Financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 30 2025 will be notified in the due course.
