The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 6th August 2025 has 1. Recommended for the re-appointment of Mr. Ajay Kumar Dash (DIN: 00613681) Director liable to retire by rotation to the shareholders for their approval in the forthcoming AGM.2. Recommended for the re-appointment of Mr. Amarendra Dash (DIN: 00583036) as the Managing Director of the company to the shareholders for their approval in the forthcoming AGM.Recommended for the appointment of Mr. Sandeep Kumar Hota (DIN: 09515107) as an Independent Director of the company to the shareholders for their approval in the forthcoming AGM. We herewith submitting the details as required under Regulation 30 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11 2023 (Master Circular) read with SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 132023.

As compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 we herewith submitting the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 which has been taken in record at the Board of Directors meeting held on 6th August 2025.

The board of directors of the company at their meeting held on today i.e 06th August 2025 at the registered office of the company has considered and approved the Quarterly Unaudited Financial Result along with Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended on 30th June 2025 and other agenda items.

Suryo Foods & Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/08/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulation 2015 we hereby inform that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee Board of Directors at their meeting held on 29th May 2025 have decided to appoint Mr. Ashok Kumar Das as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company.The detailed required under Regulation 30of SEBI(LODR) read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 are submitted herewith.
